HOMEWORK
Take a character from a story you’re working on right now and write a 350-word backstory for them. If you’re not working on a story, take a character from a previous project and write their backstory.
If weather conditions are hazardous, it will be cancelled. Please, check your email before you leave the house.
The February meeting for the East Hants Writers’ Group focussed on the craft of writing takes place Tuesday February 19th. As usual, we will meet at the Elmsdale Public Library, Elmsdale, East Hants, Nova Scotia, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
We are now at capacity membership. Anyone interested in joining our group will go on a waiting list.
WRITING ASSIGNMENT
To the best of your ability, complete the sheet for Act II, part 1. You probably won’t be able to complete all of it as some questions might not be answered until later in the writing of the story, but do your best.
Bring in 500 words of the story to share with the rest. It must be part of Act II, part 1, but it can be any part you want.
