2017 Hysteria Writing Competition

The Hysteria Writing Competition is run by, and supports the work of the Hysterectomy Association; a social enterprise providing information and support to women worldwide. We don’t want stories, flash fiction or poetry about Hysterectomy; instead, we are looking for entries that appeal to our website visitors, who are mostly women between the ages of 25ish and 65ish; we accept entries in any genre except erotica or horror.

Deadline: August 31, 2017

One of the judges is Nova Scotia poet Sue Borgersen. She writes and makes art on the South Shore surrounded by boisterous dogs and a vast collection of odd musical instruments.
